Jagan calls on Dasari Narayan Rao

Hyderabad, February 1: YSR Congress Party chief Y. S. Jaganmohan Reddy today called on well-known Telugu filmmaker and former central minister Dasari Narayana Rao who is undergoing treatment at a hospital here.

The leader of opposition in Andhra Pradesh met the doctors at KIMS and enquired about Dasari’s health. He also met the family members of Dasari and expressed his wishes for his speedy recovery.

Movie Artists’ Association (MAA) President Rajendra Prasad also visited the hospital to see Dasari. He told reporters that the director is stable. 

He said there was no need for concern over Dasari’s health. He said doctors were regularly monitoring his condition in Intensive Care Unit.

Veteran actor Mohan Babu, his wife and son Manoj were camping at the hospital to comfort the family of Dasari.

The 74-year-old filmmaker was hospitalised yesterday and he remained on ventilator and dialysis support.

According to doctors, Dasari is suffering from multiple health problems including kidney and respiratory failure.
