Swarna Bharat Trust launches skill development programme

Hyderabad, February 20: Central ministers Rajiv Pratap Rudy and Venkaiah Naidu today inaugurated skill development programmes at Hyderabad chapter of Swarna Bharat Trust at Muchintal in Ranga Reddy district near here.

Speaking on the occasion, Union Minister for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Rajiv Pratap Rudy said that skill development along with education for youth in India is the need of the hour.

He said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, government top priority is Skill India programme. He also said that there is a huge demand for the skilled persons at various sectors. The quality education, skilled people are necessary, he said.

The Minister also said that with minimum English language skills and good driving skills, organizations such as Uber and OLA offering thousands of jobs for the drivers with decent salaries.

Rudy said 100Skill Development Centres on the International Standards being established, where the youth who want to work abroad will be given pre-departure training and made aware of the regulations of that country and embassy support. He added the government of India has decided to provide skill development training to one crore youth of the country in the coming fiscal.

The central ministers felicitated the Padma awardees from the Telugu states. They included Hanuman Chowdary (Civil Service), Dr. Mohammed Abdul Waheed (Medicine), Prof.Yadagiri Rao (Art-Sculpture), Dr. BVR Mohan Reddy (Trade & Industry), Sri Daripalli Ramaiah (Socia Service) and Sri Chinthakindi Mallesham (Science & Technology).

The ministers also inaugurated the health camp organised by the trust. Villagers from the surrounding villages have attended the medical camp. Eminent doctors examined the patients and distributed medicines on free of cost.

Dr. K. Ravindranath, Chairman, Global Hospitals Group and specialists examined about 250 patients. The patients were provided free food by the Swarna Bharat Trust.

    Can you provide the list of courses that are been given to the students who have completed there SSC and Intermediate.
