Lokesh tells Jagan to prove his allegations

Vijayawada, March 25: TDP General Secretary Nara Lokesh has once again asked YSR Congress Party chief Y. S. Jaganmohan Reddy to prove his allegations against him.

“ @ysjagan this is the nth time, asking you to prove any of your allegations on me. Why always run away after throwing mud at others,” Lokesh tweeted today.

“Time has come for you to prove or apologise to people of AP for being the worst opposition leader & wasting assembly’s precious time,” tweeted the TDP MLC.

“Unlike you, I chose politics to do good for people. Once again I dare you to show guts and prove any of your allegations?,” he added.

Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu’s son made the series of tweets after the assembly was rocked for a second consecutive day on Jagan’s allegetaions against agriculture minister P. Pulla Rao in Agri Gold case.

The assembly today passed a resolution, condemning behaviour of Jagan. The TDP wanted the opposition leader to either prove his allegations against Pulla Rao or apologise.

Jagan had alleged yesterday that Pulla Rao’s wife purchase some properties of Agri Gold despite the probe going on into the allegations against the company.

Pulla Rao had challenged Jagan to prove his allegations. He had said if the allegations are proved correct, he will quit policies but if allegations are not proved, Jagan should retire from politics.

TDP today insisted that Jagan accept Pulla Rao’s challenge.
