Hyderabad, April 8: Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao has expressed happiness over Telugu film ‘Pellichupulu’ being selected as best regional language film as part of the National Film Awards.
The CM congratulated the producer, director, actors, actresses, technicians and other unit members of the film.
He also congratulated Tarun Bhaskar who was adjudged as the best dialogue writer. KCR said it is a moment of pride for the Telangana State that citizens from Telangana showing their exemplary talents and getting recognition at the national level.
The CM also hailed the film ‘Sathamanam Bhavathi’ which won award for the wholesome entertainment film and i Raju Sundaram for winning the best choreographer award for the film ‘Janata Garage’.
He hoped that these awards would further inspire Telugu film industry to win many more such honours.
