Telangana elections are increasing the BP of leaders in AP. Political parties which monitored the poll trend are preparing their own estimates. Leaders estimated that if the polling is high it will be a blow to the ruling party and if it is low the pink party will rule the state again. Since Telangana poll results are likely to have more impact on AP, all parties analysed the elections. Since the ballot boxes are to be opened only on 11th of this month, all are busy making their own calculations.
What will happen?
Observers say if TRS comes back to power in Telangana, YSRCP and Jana Sena will become stronger in AP. If Mahakutami comes to power the TDP may race ahead with the slogan of two Telugu states one government and one development. KTR recently said that TDP is meddling in their state and their entry into AP politics is inevitable. This makes it clear that TRS will take the steps in both Telangana and AP with the aim to defeat Chandrababu. We have to wait and see how Chandrababu, who is known for Chanakya politics will deal with this.
Immediately after the polling, AP chief minister Chandrababu interacted with his candidates through teleconference. He analysed the polling trend and the prospects of the candidates. Especially he enquired about the polling trend in Kukatpally and Khammam constituencies. TDP contested a total of 13 constituencies in Telangana. If Mahakutami comes to power in Telangana, will YSRCP and and Jana Sena together contest the elections in AP. The answer will be known when results will be declared on December 11.
