The claim is Misleading. The video is an old one, he was sloganeering ‘Jai Chandrababu’ satirically at a public meeting during the Praja Sankalpa Yatra in 2018.
When we searched the extracted keyframes using Google reverse image search, we found that the longer video was published by the YSR Congress YouTube Channel with the title ‘YS Jagan Says "Jai Chandrababu Jai Chandrababu" at a public meeting. This video was published on December 30, 2018.
According to English Tupaki.com, while giving a speech during the Praja Sankalpa Yatra in Palasa of Srikakulam district, he commented that 'Chandrababu Naidu made Yuva Nestham into Yuva Mosam.
