The claim is False. The video is edited to make it look like the leaders rushed out without congratulating the Australian Captain after giving away the World Cup Cricket Trophy.
When searched the images and videos of the presentation ceremony after the match, we found a longer video published on YouTube by a channel named Anshu Kashyap Vlogs on November 20, 2023. The video shows the leaders walking up to the dais, waiting for the Australian captain, and greeting him warmly before giving away the trophy.

Among the images published on Aljazeera.com, one shows the leaders shaking hands with the Australian captain and greeting him after giving away the Trophy.
Therefore, the claim that the video showing Australian cricket captain Pat Cummins left alone without being greeted by the political leaders is False. The leaders greeted and interacted with him before giving the trophy and also reached out to wish all the team members of the foreign country.
