Did KCR present a liquor bottle to Punjab CM Mann?

A photograph of Telangana chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is being widely shared on WhatsApp and other social network platforms. In that image, the chief minister is seen to be presenting a liquor bottle to his counterpart in Punjab, Bhagwant Mann Singh, and the people sharing it are questioning, 'Is this why (you) went to Punjab?'

The Telangana Chief Minister embarked on a weeklong nationwide tour and is meeting the presidents and stalwarts from various political parties. The photo in question is taken when KC Rao met with the chief ministers of Dekhi and Punjab, AK Kejriwal and Bhagwant Mann Singh, at the residence of the Punjab chief minister. One of the photos taken at the meeting was edited using software like photoshop or paint and added the derogatory comment to make it shared widely.
As the image is more widely shared on social networks than on social media, it was hard to find the original photograph of the meeting with the Reverse Image Search. But, going through the social media accounts of the dignitaries helped. The original photo was shared by the official account of KCR on Facebook, and it proves that the viral photo was morphed intentionally.
The poor editing on the image reveals that the liquor bottle photo is superimposed on the original photo.
