The video shows the man arguing with the Bank manager and getting to slap him after that. We can also see prolonged altercation in the video.

The claim is Misleading. The man seen in the video is not a BJP leader. He is youth wing president of Swabhimani Shetkari Sanghatana.
When we extracted the keyframes from the viral video and searched them using Google reverse image search, we found that the video was shared virally on X.
