Meanwhile, a video showing a tiff between a commoner and thespian Chiranjeevi is shared with the claim that when the actor tried to jump the queue at a polling station during the 2024 Lok Sabha elections in Hyderabad, the latter confronted him and told him to follow the queue.
In the video, we can hear the man saying ‘Do you need special treatment? You must be in the queue. The video ends with the star standing in the line along with others. Later, the person who questioned the actor was also interviewed by ANI.

Fact Check:
The claim is misleading. The video of a person confronting film star Chiranjeevi is not recent.
When we searched for the news reports on Chiranjeevi voting in 2024 elections, we found a few videos of Chiranjeevi casting his vote. We can see that he is in a different attire than in the viral video.
In the video published by CNBC-TV18 on May 13, 2024, we can see that he, along with his family, stood in the line before casting his vote.
On further research, when we searched the keyframes extracted from the viral video using Google reverse image search, we found that the video has been online since 2014. This incident occurred in May 2014, when actor-politician Chiranjeevi was censured by voters while trying to jump the queue at a polling station.
NDTV shared the video on May 1, 2014, with the caption Applause as NRI stops Chiranjeevi from jumping voters' queue.
The same video was also shared by local Telugu TV YouTube channels. V6 news also shared the video with the description ‘Actor-politician Chiranjeevi was taken aback when he was questioned by a voter Do you need special treatment' as Chiranjeevi jumps the queue at a polling booth in Jubilee Hills. A voter named Karthik questioned him. Later, he says that he respects him as a politician and would let him go if he was alone, but with his family, he should have waited in queue says Karthik. He was applauded by voters after this.'
Therefore, the viral video of Chiranjeevi being confronted by a man for jumping the queue line is not recent. It is from elections in the year 2014. The claim is Misleading.
