Telugu Desam Party supremo and Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu said Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Telangana CM Chandrasekhar Rao and YSR Congress president Jaganmohan Reddy were trying to weaken the AP government. He said KCR was trying to establish a puppet government in AP to prevent the State’s development.
Addressing 42nd anniversary programme of state government pensioners’ association , the Chief Minister said NGOs were harassed in Hyderabad by TRS government after state bifurcation. They claimed the NGOs home as a property of Telangana.
The Chief Minister said that the TRS government was trying to attack on economic roots of AP people residing in Hyderabad. The KCR government was resorting to raids on the properties of Andhra People and threatening them not to extend support to Telugu Desam Party or contest on TDP ticket. The TRS took the TDP MLAs into their fold. He said KCR is unable to digest the growth of Andhra Pradesh and was trying to destabilise the government with the support of the YSR Congress party.
The Chief Minister said that the TRS government conducted raids on IT companies and passed on the data of AP to YSR Congress party. KCR want a puppet government in AP to establish his rule in the region. He said KCR resorting to economic terrorism in AP. He said the elections should be one sided and people should unanimously support TDP. He said `we have to win all the 25 Parliament seats to teach a lesson to Modi, Jagan and KCR’.
Referring to Narendra Modi, the Chief Minister said when we started asking for fulfilment of state bifurcation assurances and special category status to AP, Narendra Modi started harassing TDP leaders through IT raids. He wanted people to resist all attempts by KCR and Modi to disturb the development of the State and teach a lesson to them by giving 25 Parliament and 175 Assembly seats to the TDP.
