A viral video shows Canadian rappers Drake and Lil Wayne grooving to a remix version of Lata Mangeshkar's Bollywood hit number "Didi Tera Deewar Deewana" during their concert. Several news media outlets like NDTV, wionews, etc. also shared the video with the claim that the singers paid tributes to the veteran singer by remixing a song rendered by her.

The claim is FALSE. The Hindi song sung by Lata Mangeshkar was never a part of the performance by the rappers.
When we searched for the visuals with the keywords Drake and Lil Wayne, we found a few articles mentioning the performance by Drake, Lil Wayne, and Nicki Minaj which took place at the OVO fest on August 6, 2022, in Toronto, Canada.
The website www.lilwaynehq.com published the videos of their performances. It also states that during the show, Drizzy Drake, Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj, Gudda Gudda, Jae Millz, and Mack Maine performed "Bedrock", "Up All Night", "Moment 4 Life", "The Motto", "HYFR", "Every Girl", and many more of their songs live together.
The website also has a video named Drake & Lil Wayne - The Motto, HYFR + Every Girl, Young Money Reunion, and OVO Fest in Toronto.

We also found another YouTube reel where the video of their performance was posted with the title Drake and Lil Wayne perform the Motto together at the OVO fest.

When searched with keywords, the motto live in Toronto 2022, the original video showed Drake and Lil Wayne performing the song "The motto". We did not find any remix of the Bollywood song in the performance.
The viral video was first shared by Chirag Gandhi on his Instagram handle @dj_releast.
He also shared other posts with remix videos.
Hence, the Canadian rappers did not remix Bollywood song in their performance. The video was edited and posted by an Instagram user named Chirag Gandhi. The claim that the rappers paid tributes to Lata Mangeshkar during their performance is FALSE.
