Fact check:
A comment under one of the claims stated that this scene is from a Bhojpuri movie, Hum Hai Rowdy SP Vijay. The users attached a link to the said movie as well.
Upon viewing the link, we found that all scenes in the movie match the viral 'kidnapping' video. At 8:38 timestamp, a reporter stands in the middle of the road as a cameraperson records her. Soon enough, a white Omni car approaches her, opens the door and pulls her inside the car. The cameraman runs after the vehicle. Clearly, all this matches the 'kidnapping' scene seen in the viral video.
Moreover, with the help of Google maps, we were also able to confirm the location of the shoot as City Tower in Dimapur, Nagaland.
