In the new coalition government, 30 Cabinet ministers, five Ministers of State (Independent charge), and 36 ministers of state took the oath of secrecy administered by President Droupadi Murmu. The Congress Working Committee, the Congress party’s top decision-making body, passed a resolution to appoint Rahul Gandhi as the Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha.

Fact check:
The claim is False. The video is an old one and does not show Rahul Gandhi watching Modi’s swearing-in ceremony while traveling on a highway.
When we extracted keyframes from the video and searched them using Google reverse image search, we found that the video was shared on various platforms of social media. The same video was shared on Instagram on April 25, 2024, with the caption “Next PM Rahul Gandhi coming on 4th June”. A YouTube reel was published on May 23, 2024with the caption 'RAHUL GANDHI BHARAT KI SHOCH BHARAT KI KHOJ 2024'.
An image extracted from the video is shared by an X user on May 17, 2024, with the caption that Rahul Gandhi will address a public meeting at 6.30 pm at Ramlila Maidan, Delhi the next day.
In the original visuals, the device is off and Rahul Gandhi is watching nothing on it. The video of Modi’s swearing-in ceremony has been added digitally in the original video.
