Two different videos are in circulation on YouTube with the claim that the Indian Prime Minister, along with his Cabinet ministers, is listening to discourses by Sant Premanand at a high-level meeting. In these videos, we can see the officials and ministers sitting at a table along with the Indian Prime Minister.

Both the videos are morphed. Modi and his Cabinet ministers are not watching the discourse by Sant Premanand. The original videos show Modi with his Cabinet at a high-level meeting.
Two different videos are in circulation on YouTube with the claim that the Indian Prime Minister, along with his Cabinet ministers, is listening to discourses by Sant Premanand at a high-level meeting. In these videos, we can see the officials and ministers sitting at a table along with the Indian Prime Minister. They seem to be watching television on which a video of Sant Premanand is playing. One of the viral videos has a song playing in the background with the visuals while in the second video, we can hear the discourse of Sant Premanand, implying that the ministers, along with PM Modi, are listening to the discourse.
One of the videos, comparatively a shorter duration when compared to the other, shows Modi and his Cabinet watching the TV, with Isro chairman Somanath standing beside the TV and explaining something. Here is the link.

The claims made are False. Both the videos have been modified with visuals of Sant Premanand added to the original videos.

When the video was closely observed, we could see some glitches in embedding the video of Sant Premanand in the original video.
When we searched the extracted key frames using Google reverse image search, we found a video of PM Modi chairing a high-level meeting regarding the progress of Gaganyaan mission published on October 17, 2023, with the title PM Modi chairs high-level meeting on the progress of Gaganyaan Mission | ISRO | S. Somanath. The description of the video states Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi chaired a high-level meeting to assess the progress of India’s Gaganyaan Mission and to outline the future of India’s space exploration endeavours. The Department of Space presented a comprehensive overview of the Gaganyaan Mission, including various technologies developed so far such as human-rated launch vehicles and system qualification.

When we searched the key frames extracted using Google reverse image search, we found that the original video shows the cabinet leaders at a high-level meeting to review the situation about the Odisha train accident that took place in Balasore a few months ago. The video was published on the YouTube channel of Narendra Modi on June 3, 2023. The description of the video states that Modi chaired a high-level meeting to take stock of the situation, following the train accident in Odisha. The video also mentions that Modi is heading to Odisha to review the situation.
It was also shared by Zee News India with the title Odisha Train Accident: PM Narendra Modi Chairs High-Level Meeting To Review Balasore Train Accident.
Hence, the viral videos are doctored, and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his Cabinet ministers are not watching the discourses of Sant Premanand on TV during a high-level meeting. Two different videos have been used to make false implications. The claim is False.
