Fact Check: Viral images of ‘anti-Modi’ posters are not related to recent US visit

During this visit, several posters mocking the PM went viral on social media claiming to show “anti-Modi” “#ModiNotWelcome,” banners being put up in the United States, ahead of Modi's visit.

Image 1: The image of this poster is inspired from the popular series Money Heist. The poster carries the text “Mr. N Modi, we only rob banks, you rob the whole nation.”
Upon performing a reverse image search, we found the event relating to launch of the original poster. Reports from Telangana Today and Telegraph India from July 2022 said that Money Heist hoardings were put up in Hyderabad calling PM Modi a "nation robber." Ahead of Bharatiya Janata Party’s national executive meeting, a massive hoarding accusing Modi of robbing the whole nation was put up at LB Nagar circle.
The TRS social media convenor Satish Reddy posted the image of the hoarding on Twitter as well.
We even confirmed the geo location to Hyderabad. The view is from Saroornagar, a suburb in Hyderabad. It was put up at LB Nagar circle.

We found a tweet posted on May 2, 2022, carrying the same photograph with the caption, “PM Modi in Berlin.” PM Modi had visited Berlin and met the Chancellor of Germany, Olaf Scholz in May 2022.
