When we extracted the key frames from the video and searched them using Google reverse image search, we found several similar videos published on various social media platforms.

A Facebook video published by a Facebook user on April 3, 2023, shows the same heavy truck carrying a rocket crossing another dangerous wooden bridge. The user tagged Spintires: Mudrunner and used the hashtag ‘IDRamadanxGaming’ in this post.
The caption on the video is “This truck carrying the world's largest rocket over a wooden bridge over a dangerous mountain. #IDRamadanxGaming”
Taking the cue, when we searched using the keywords “Spintires: Mudrunner”, we found a YouTube video with the title “Aborted Rocket Launch I Game Mudrunner” published on YouTube on April 1, 2023.
We also found a Facebook page named Jim Natelo, who is a gaming video creator. He posted several videos of heavy trucks crossing the bridge on the river. Here is the Facebook page of the user with the gaming videos.
Therefore, the viral video of a huge truck carrying a rocket passing through a narrow bridge is a gaming clip from the video game named “Spintires: Mudrunner” and is not related to Chandrayaan-3. The claim is false.
