Vijay Devarkonda will be coming before us in next few days with his bilingual movie ‘Nota’. With the trailer released recently evoking good response, the film has created expectations. Gnanavel Raja has made this film under the banner of Studio Green. Recently there was a news that writer Shashank Vennelakanti lodged a complaint with police that the producer violated the agreement by removing him from the movie.
It appears that this row will not be resolved soon. Shashank is not ready to relent on the issue of his rights. He has lodged a complaint with Chennai Police Commissioner. It is yet to be known if this row will lead to delay in release of the film in Telugu. It remains to be seen when the row is resolved. Meanwhile, Vijay Devarkonda’s mother has taken ill and he is spending time for his mother. He is not taking part in film’s promotion and it is said that as a result of this the craze about the movie is not peaking.
In this movie made in the political backdrop, Mehreen plays the heroine. Made under the direction of ‘Irumogan’ fame Anand Shankar, this film also features senior actors like Satyaraj and Nassar in key roles. Since Vijay has good craze in Telugu, the makers are demanding huge money for the Telugu rights. As a result of this nobody is coming forward to buy this movie. On the other hand, there are serious doubts on whether Vijay’s another movie ‘Taxiwala’ will be released this year. In this situation, the controversy surrounding ‘Nota’ has created some problems for Vijay. Let us wait and see when the movies of Vijay come out of the problems.
