‘Dear Comrade’ to earn huge profits

Vijay Devarkonda has gone popular among youth like a star hero. He has special fans. Vijay who connected with the youth through ‘Arjun Reddy’, connected with the families through ‘Geetha Govindam’. That’s why there is huge craze and expectations among trade circles and audiences for Vijay’s movies which are on the sets. After ‘Geetha Govindam’ became a blockbuster, the market value of Vijay’s movies shot up. That’s why Vijay is not accepting whatever films being offered to him and taking all the precautions while selecting movies. With Vijay’s latest film ‘Dear Comrade’ getting ready for release,  its pre-release business got a big boost.

‘Dear Comrade’ has been made under the direction of new director Bharat Kamma. With the teaser released yesterday there are huge expectations from the movie. This film is being jointly produced by Mytri Movies and Vijay Devarkonda relative Yash Rangineni. ‘Dear Comrade’ has already started business and the two producers said to have distributed their shares. Ceded and Nizam have gone to Yash while Andhra has come to Mytri Movies. There are reports that Yash sold his ‘Dear Comrade’ share in Ceded and Nizam to producer Chadalavada Srinivasa Rao for Rs.11 crore.

It is learnt that in Nizam area Asian Sunil was given distribution rights in advance. Maytri Movies also said to be marketing their Andhra rights for Rs.12 crore. Besides Rs.23 crore from Andhra, Nizam and Ceded, ‘Dear Comrade’ may do Rs.40 crore theatrical business from overseas, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Kerala put together. Similarly, there are digital and satellite rights. Thus putting all of them together ‘Dear Comrade’ will make huge profits.
