‘Sye Raa’ scenes cut even before shooting

‘Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy’ shooting is going on for last one-and-half year. Surender Reddy is going on dragging this. Even Chiru is getting tired of ‘Sye Raa’ shooting. Ram Charan too is going on spending the money like water. It takes lot of time to make a movie in historical background. If shooting takes such a long time, imagine the time post production and CG works take. That’s why producer Ram Charan is said to have told Surender Reddy that the shooting should be completed as early as possible so that the post production work can start. CG and post production works take longer and to give them sufficient time, it is necessary to wind up the shooting at the earliest.

There are reports that ‘Sye Raa’ unit has deleted the scenes which are not important even before they were shot. We often hear filmmakers deleting scenes during editing but in ‘Sye Raa’ even before the shooting the scenes are being deleted at the script stage. The film originally has five songs. Out of the five, two are in background score while three songs were to be shot. However, the unit has dropped one song and it will film only two songs.  This way not only the time will be saved but the budget can also be controlled.
