Jagan takes his attack to High Court

YSR Congress president YS Jaganmohan Reddy filed a writ petition in the Hyderabad High Court seeking justice to him in the attack on his life at Visakhapatnam airport on October 25. He accused the State government of conspiracy against him and his party and said he had no faith in the police on fair investigation.

The affidavit in the petition says, “the instant writ petition is being filed by me aggrieved by the abuse of the entire criminal justice administration by Respondent No.1 (State of Andhra Pradesh) headed by the government presided by Respondent No. 5 (Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu) and for complaining of various wrongful actions conducted by Respondents No. 2 (DGP, AP), No.3 (ACP, North Sub Division VSP City), No.4 (SHO, Airport P.S.) at such behest and for espousing and unearthing a cause of serious conspiracy that needs to be properly investigated under the criminal justice administration in terms of the constitutional and legal provisions. The failure of the Respondents to undertake such actions in the legally provided manner is being challenged as unlawful, ultra vires and unconstitutional in the premises indicated hereinafter.”

The petition focuses on the Andhra Pradesh Police’s ignorance and not investigating on facts and the conspiracy in the murder attempt case is the reason to Petition the High Court for a thorough unbiased investigation by any appropriate independent agency not functioning under the control of the Andhra Pradesh State Government. The petition also highlights about the on-going Praja Sankalpa Yatra undergone to take the AP Government failures and TDPs corruption practices into the public.

Jagan through the petition has brought to the notice of High Court about Chandrababu Naidu and TDP drama in the name of Operation Garuda and the allegation that the Center was planning to overthrow the AP Government. Actor Shivaji, the ardent TDP supporter and face of “Operation Garuda” have announced well before regarding the attack and that will lead to downfall of TDP government. The case is listed for hearing .
