When searched with the keywords "Udit Narayan", "RIP Udit Narayan", we found several news articles rubbishing the reports.

According to economictimes.indiatimes.com, Narayan's manager reacted to the news and confirmed that the singer was healthy and did not suffer any heart attack. He also said that the singer was extremely upset about the news. "I don't know where all of a sudden, this news is coming from. Phone calls are coming continuously. I had a conversation with Udit ji last night after seeing the messages trending on Twitter. He was very upset (sic)," the manager was quoted while speaking to a news daily.

Other sources also shared the same news, they also added that the manager revealed the source of rumours could be traced to Nepal, as several messages that were circulated had the code number of that country.
