FACT CHECK:
When reverse image search was performed, we found a Spanish news website, Articulo66 that carried the same visuals. According to the report, dated May 31, 2023, a man named Alberto Uriel Romero passed away in an accident after his car got washed away in strong water currents in the Valle Gothel sector in Veracruz, municipality of Nindirí in Nicaragua. The man attempted to cross the water in his vehicle but failed to succeed, resulting in his death. His body was found several hours after the accident near Lake Xolotlan.
Several other Spanish media outlets reported the same as well.

Evidently, the viral video does not show a car drowning due to the effect of Cyclone Biparjoy in India as the video is old and from Nicaragua.
