Telugu Post performed several keyword searches on Google and did not find any official reports about the "The Soda Pop Board of America". According to foodpolitics.com, Prof. Marion Nestle , in his book 'Taking on Big Soda' explains that there is no such organization in Chicago, USA and the ad is a hoax.
A reverse image search of the image led to the blog named The City Desk, where the blogger explains that "he made the fake ad exhorting parents to give soda to their babies."
