Shaikh Khaleel Farhaad

Meet the Senior journalist from Hyderabad, Telangana, who has made a mark in the field of news reporting and analysis. With a wealth of experience, he was a News Editor, Program Producer, and News Anchor at BBN News Channel, and has previously worked with Munsif TV, Urdu TV, and T TV Urdu. Farhad is a trained fact-checker. He participated in ‘Countering Disinformation for Urdu TV Journalists’ conducted by US Consulate Hyderabad and Osmania University. Farhad Co-authored the Urdu Fact Check tools booklet. In 2002, he began his journalistic career with the Urdu daily Tameer in Beed, Maharashtra, and went on to join the national Urdu newspaper "Rashtriya Sahara" in August 2006. He served there for seven years, gaining invaluable experience and honing his skills as a journalist.
