Fact Check:
The claim is misleading.
We ran a reverse image search on Google and Yandex and found the viral image on Shutterstock. We looked closely and found the description attached with the image that read, "Elevated expressway. The curve of suspension bridge, Thailand. Aerial view. Top view. Background scenic road."
Further, we checked the photo contributor's profile, JULY_P30 and the contributor is from Thailand who shared more images and videos from the same country.

A news website named 'Sansiri News', which gives updates about Sansiri and property investments in Thailand, also carried the same image which went viral in November 2018. We further googled about Sansiri and found that it is Thailand's leading property developer. The article headline read, "Thailand's Economic Performance in 2018 and Outlook for 2019."
We also noticed yellow and green striped taxis in the image and found that similar taxis are found in Bangkok, the capital of Thailand.
Moreover, the viral image has been used on many authentic Indonesian websites.
We also tried to find similar images from Hyderabad but found none.
Hence, the claim is misleading. The image used along with the news is not of Hyderabad city. It has been used on many Indonesian and Thailand websites.
