Hyderabad: A video of a tigress and its cubs is being circulated with a claim that they are spotted in Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh.

Fact Check:
The claim is misleading.
We conducted a reverse image search using the key frames extracted from the viral video and found a video posted by Indian Forest Service (IFS) officer Ramesh Pandey on November 9, 2020.
"Brilliant and beautiful capture of tigress with cubs in Dudhwa Tiger Reserve by Field Director," read the description shared along with the video. We searched the web about the Dudhwa tiger reserve and found that was located near Lucknow in Uttar Pradesh.
Upon searching further, we found news reports by Indian Express and The Times of India, featuring the video.

Hence, the claim is misleading. The video shows tigress spotted at Dudhwa Tiger Reserve, Uttar Pradesh in 2020; not in MP's Chhindwara.
