The claim is False.

After conducting a reverse search on key frames from the viral video, we discovered that it was posted on Instagram on December 22, 2023, by a user named Rahul Salim. The caption accompanying the post included a disclaimer, clarifying that the video was created for entertainment purposes and intended as a light-hearted representation of corporate life.

Moreover, we found several videos showing colleagues arguing during office Zoom calls in a similar manner. It was also noticed that some participants appeared in all of these videos, suggesting that they were planned or staged.

Hence, the video being shared is a scripted one made for entertainment but being shared as a real incident.
