Fact Check:

We conducted a reverse image search of the viral image and found several news reports from December 2021 carrying the same picture. However, the time displayed on the digital clock above the PM was '1:13' but not '4:20'.

According to several reports, the image was clicked when the PM was in Varanasi to take stock of the Kashi Vishwanath Corridor that was taking shape in Banaras at that time.

Further, we found a tweet on the official Twitter account of the PM that read "Next stop…Banaras station. We are working to enhance rail connectivity as well as ensure clean, modern, and passenger-friendly railway stations." The same image was tweeted by the Prime Minister on December 14, 2021, and the same image was uploaded by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.

In all the images, we noticed that the clock indicated the time to be 1:13 and not 4:20.
