A video of police personnel working in farmland has been uploaded on YouTube with the claim that the policemen were working in the fields belonging to Telangana CM K. Chandrasekhar Rao.

Both the channels shared the video with the same title, "వీళ్లు కూలీలు కాదు..,,తెలంగాణ పోలీసులు | CM KCR's Farmhouse | TSSP | Telangana Police". When translated, it means "These people are not labourers, they are Telangana police".
These videos on YouTube channels are being shared by several social media handles with the same claim.
Fact check:
The claim that personnel belonging to Telangana Police are working in CM's farmhouse is MISLEADING. The video shows personnel in the video carrying dry grass to prepare vermicompost.
When we searched the keyframes of the video, we found that politician and journalist Teenmar Mallanna also shared the same video.
However, he later shared a clarification that the video does not show police working in KCR's farmhouse and that it was posted by mistake.
Fact Check Telangana's Twitter handle also debunked the video clarifying that the Telangana State Special Police department had denied the false story aired on a YouTube channel that TSSP policemen were involved in agricultural work at CM Shri KCR's farmhouse.
TSSP Additional DG Abhilasha Bisht said that personnel belonging to Dichpally 7th Police Battalion took a video of the remaining grass after harvesting the paddy for making vermicompost and it was falsely showed that they were working in the CM's farmhouse.
The ADG added that more than 4.2 lakh saplings were planted at various places across the state under the limits of the battalions. For the survival of those plants, vermicompost preparation was taken up by the.police personnel on a
large-scale, wherein waste grass collection is important.
It was also explained that mulching is done using this grass. The local people also extended support to TSSP 7th batallion in the preparation of vermicompost.
The TSSP ADG also clarified that the vermicompost prepared was being used for the growth of saplings planted on their premises and also distributed to the public free of cost. She also condemned the distortion of facts and fabrication of the video on a YouTube channel. In a statement, the ADG lamented that false news would damage the morale of the police and that it was also not good for society. Legal action will be taken against the channel promoting such false videos and those sharing them on social media.
The Facebook handle of the Telangana State Special Police also shared the screenshot of the tweet by Fact Check Telangana with the caption "The Telangana State Special Police has strongly denied the false story aired on a YouTube channel that TSSP policemen were involved in agricultural work at Hon'ble CM Shri KCR's farmhouse. ADG TSSP BNs"
The same clarification was shared by a few news websites like Telangana Today and others.
Therefore, a video of the TSSP personnel carrying dry grass for producing vermicompost was shared with a MISLEADING claim that policemen were working in Telangana CM's farmhouse.
